EuroDIG в София започна
На 27 януари в София, България, се проведе официалната среща за планиране на международната конференция EuroDIG 2015. Над 50 ВИП лица от цял свят взеха участие на място в нея и още десетки чрез видеострийминг, дискутирайки и подбирайки най-важните теми, които да влязат в програмата на тазгодишния EuroDIG.
Както споменахме в предния ни пост за събитието (http://cyrillicregistry.com/bg/2014/11/10/eurodig-2015-invitation-bg/), EuroDIG е процес с основни цели дискутиране и отсяване на най-важните в годината теми от областта на Интернет и Интернет Управление, в който всеки един от вас може да участва.
EuroDIG в Софии начался
27 января в Софии, Болгария, состоялась официальная встреча, посвященная планированию международной конференции EuroDIG 2015. Более 50 VIP представителей различных стран приняли участие непосредственно в зале события и еще десятки воспользовались возможностью видео стриминга, обсуждая и выбирая самые важные темы, которые войдут в программу EuroDIG в этом году.
Как мы уже упоминали в нашей предидущей статье, посвященной событию, EuroDIG — это процесс, основными целями которого являются обсуждение и выделение самых важных в году тем в области Интернета и Интернет-управления, и в котором может участвовать каждый из вас.
EuroDIG in Sofia has started
On January 27 in Sofia, Bulgaria was held the official EuroDIG 2015 Planning Meeting. Over 50 VIPs from around the world and dozens more through the video streaming have discussed and selected the most important topics to take part in the agenda of this year’s EuroDIG.
As we mentioned in our previous post about the event, EuroDIG is a process with the key objectives discussing and sieving of the most important of the year issues related to Internet and Internet Governance, where each of you can participate.

One year… one year passed since the launch of the registrations .САЙТ and .ОНЛАЙН. Despite the short period of time, many things happened. Registrations have gone through the preliminary stage, the so called “Sunrise” and in April 2014 started the free or general registration of the new domain names in Cyrillic.
During the first days was noticed a boom of registrations and as expected, most of them were made by our Russian registrars and resellers. Then monthly their number has stabilized. At the end of the first year we can say that there are over 1700 .САЙТ and over 3700 .ОНЛАЙН registrations. Launched as the first among the new ones, our Cyrillic domains maintain a leading position in the number among all new worldwide non-Latin domains.
We, as the team of .САЙТ и .ОНЛАЙН, had the opportunity and pleasure to visit Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Ukraine and of course Russia, where we have met potential customers, partners and colleagues in the industry. We have conducted presentations, interviews was taken from us, participated in seminars, conferences, meetings, workshops devoted to the most important issues for the development of Cyrillic domains on the Internet. Now we are more inspired to go forward.
On our birthday we thank to everyone who took the opportunity to create names of websites in our native language. As some of the most interesting and useful examples we can mention:
- рождественский.сайт - the main website of the Christmas Fair in Saint Petersburg;
- твоятерритория.онлайн - a website for a psychological assistance to children and teens;
- она.онлайн - everything for woman;
- ступени.онлайн - project for young entrepreneurs;
- 10години.онлайн - a website marking the anniversary of one of the largest hosting companies in Bulgaria.
